{"id":130,"date":"2022-06-30T06:23:35","date_gmt":"2022-06-30T06:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.saveplushomecare.com\/?page_id=130"},"modified":"2022-06-30T10:39:53","modified_gmt":"2022-06-30T10:39:53","slug":"program-manager","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.saveplushomecare.com\/home-care-careers\/program-manager","title":{"rendered":"Program Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Job Title: Care Coordinator\/Program Manager<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nResponsible for all areas of operations: human resources, new client intakes, client supervision, caregiver\/aide hiring, scheduling<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet col2\">\n<li>High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred, along with two years of experience in home care.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Maine Care\u2019s Section 18 (Brain Injury) and Section 20 (Other Related Conditions)<\/li>\n<li>Section 21 (Home and Community Benefits for Members with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder) and Section 29 (Support Services for Adults with Intellectual Disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder)<\/li>\n<li>Requires proficiency in word processing and computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, and customer service techniques<\/li>\n<li>Must perform and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently and work well under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet col2\">\n<li>Answers the phone and performs intakes.<\/li>\n<li>Initiates the hiring process for caregivers including processing applications, background screening, interviewing, and reference validation.<\/li>\n<li>Orients caregivers and maintains current caregiver files in accordance with policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Records employee information such as personnel data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, evaluations, and termination date and reason.<\/li>\n<li>Enters, maintains, and corrects employee payroll, client billing, and related accounting data on the computer.<\/li>\n<li>Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Visit prospective clients after referrals are made to introduce potential caregivers<\/li>\n<li>Schedule shifts by matching caregiver availability to client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises caregivers and completes performance appraisals for caregivers at specified intervals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time &#8211; Monday-Friday<br \/>\n<strong>Pay:<\/strong> $19.00 &#8211; $20.00 per hour<br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>Portland, ME<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Care Coordinator\/Program Manager Job Description Responsible for all areas of operations: human resources, new client intakes, client supervision, caregiver\/aide hiring, scheduling Qualifications High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred, along with two years of experience in home care.
